Returns can happen for many different reasons. We need to be contacted immediately. Our return policy is not to prevent you from getting the problem resolved, it is to prevent the problem from happening again. No products will be accepted without a valid return number. That will be provided when you contact us.

Damaged/Broken item:
Please have a detailed description of what is wrong so we can determine what went wrong. Examples of what we are looking for are hidden damage from when manufactured, crushed package from shipping or possibly the wrong item was shipped. Our hope is to prevent further problems so please have that information available.
Incorrect Item:
We need to know about what item you received so please maintain all packing and manifest information. Resolution will be handled rapidly, we don't want to make the same mistake so having the information is important.
Defective Item:
We need to be able to have the defect explained clearly. We may even require the product be returned so our manufacturer can examine it. You will not be charged for any shipping or handling in that case.
